- Deputy Director Nguyen Chinh: Maintaining the view that production requires following the established course, recruiting workers must follow the available staffing targets.
- Finance Department Head: 'no salary fund for contract workers', wanting to renovate material purchases also must 'follow the rules'.
- Representative of the Inspection Board of the Ministry Tran Khac: Not hesitating to make it difficult for Hoang Viet to obstruct the innovation of the enterprise, continuing to deceive workers and plotting to overthrow the Director. 
d) The value of the play
* Reflecting the current situation of Vietnamese society
- Prolonged irrational situation: Wages calculated on a 'per day' basis, so those who don't work don't work, even diligent enthusiastic people no longer want to work because benefits are enjoyed equally.
* Proposing innovative, fresh solutions
- Those who work more earn more, those who work less are fined.
- Cutting excess personnel, ineffective, appointing to other positions.
