3/ Procedure, Method, and Procedures for Prize Collection:
- Prize collection documents include: original ID card (or certified copy), or a copy of the valid passport, household registration book still valid and matching the customer information listed when purchasing along with the valid Prize Voucher (copy 2, customer keeps after purchase).
- The supermarket will contact the prize-winning customers within 7 days from the date of the draw to arrange prize delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for personal income tax and other related fees associated with the prize according to the current laws of Vietnam.
- Prize-winning customers will bear the expenses for accommodation, transportation, and delivery of the prize to their desired location.
- Prize distribution deadline: 30 days from the end of the promotional program, within 30 days from the prize draw date. If the prize-winning customer does not come to claim the prize or there is no winner, Mytour Supermarket will contribute 50% of the prize value to the State fund.
- In case the customer authorizes someone else to claim the prize, the designated recipient must present the valid Prize Voucher (copy 2, customer keeps after purchase), their original ID card or passport, a certified copy of their ID card or passport, and the original valid power of attorney according to legal regulations.
- By signing the prize collection list, customers agree to allow Cao Phong Co., Ltd. to use the image and name of the prize winner for promotional purposes of products and services, without incurring any additional fees.
