Although the exam was not too difficult, according to evaluations, the 2018 High School Literature exam was harder than 2017. This year's exam requires students to understand current affairs. Specifically, in the reading comprehension section, candidates need to demonstrate their knowledge of various poetic forms, understand the content of the poem, and provide their own comments on whether the poem is relevant to reality.
