Apple introduces refurbished Mac mini 2023 at more affordable prices

Today, Apple enhances its online store in the U.S. with reconditioned Mac mini M2 models.

Like other reconditioned products, Apple sells the refurbished Mac mini M2 at discounted prices.

Apple starts selling refurbished Mac mini 2023

Specifically, the reconditioned Mac mini M2 models start at $509 for the 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD variant. That's a $90 discount compared to the completely new model.

Currently, the reconditioned version of the 2023 Mac mini provides users with various options for RAM and SSD storage, but they only feature the M2 chip. Apple has yet to sell the reconditioned M2 Pro version of this mini PC.

The ‌Mac mini‌ M2 models were unveiled in January 2023, replacing the M1 and previous Intel Mac mini‌ options. Notably, Apple's reconditioned products closely resemble new devices as they undergo a refurbishment process, including thorough functional testing and flawless outer casing. Reconditioned Macs are also eligible for purchasing the AppleCare+ extended warranty and come with the same 14-day return policy as Apple's new devices.
