In a report on Thursday, BGR disclosed that Apple will reveal the iPhone 2018 on 12/9. The report also notes that this is the first event where Apple will live stream on Twitter and its mobile apps.
As predicted by AppleInsider on August 20th, the event will take place on 12/9 at the Steve Jobs Theater.
For several years, Apple has live-streamed speeches and events on Apple.com, as well as the Apple Events app on Apple TV. However, they have never live-streamed directly through partner apps or social media.

Apple has not made any official announcements or sent out invitations to the media yet, despite the event being less than 2 weeks away.
According to a report on 27/8 from a French radio station, Apple is set to host the event on 12/9 at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park, Cupertino. International service providers also disclosed that pre-orders for the 2018 iPhone models will commence on 14/9.
Anticipated at this event, Apple is expected to unveil the latest trio of iPhone models, including a 6.5-inch screen model, an upgraded version of the iPhone X, and a budget-friendly LCD 6.1-inch model.
