Apple releases iOS 13.2.3, fixing various issues
As predicted, there are no new features in this update, just bug fixes. In fact, there are no security-related fixes either. This is merely a patch, addressing non-functioning features in iOS 13, with the following changes:
Resolved issues with system search and search in Mail, Files, and Notes not working.
- Resolved issues where images, links, and other attachments were not displaying in message details.
- Fixed the problem preventing apps from downloading content in the background.
- Addressed Mail issue where new emails weren't being received, containing, or quoting original emails in Exchange accounts.
This is the first iOS update we've seen in 11 days, quite a lengthy period compared to Apple's usual update pace. The company has also begun beta testing iOS 13.3 two weeks ago. So, this could be the next release for iPhone and iPad.
