The reduction in required storage space with the iOS 8.1.3 update is a move welcomed by Apple enthusiasts since the launch of iOS 8.
Many users struggled to upgrade to iOS 8 due to storage constraints, especially those with 8GB or 16GB devices. With iOS 8.1.3, the update size is around 250MB on iPhone 6, although the actual size varies by device.
This update also addresses issues with Apple ID passwords in messaging and FaceTime, as well as fixes for battery and multitasking issues on iPad.
iOS 8.1.3 resolves Spotlight display issues, multitasking gestures on iPad, and introduces new configuration options for educational standards testing. Additionally, it fixes various issues including Wi-Fi connectivity, slow webpage loading, abnormal language changes, battery drain, and Safari performance. Audio and video synchronization with Bluetooth headphones has also been improved.
