Apple releases macOS Sonoma 14.2 with improved AutoFill features, new widgets, and Apple Music updates.

Notably, macOS Sonoma 14.2 arrives approximately 6 weeks after the company released macOS Sonoma 14.1 for Mac users.

Currently, you can download the free macOS Sonoma 14.2 update on all eligible Macs using the Software Update section in System Preferences. Apple has also released macOS 13.6.3 and macOS 12.7.2 for users running older macOS versions.

macOS Sonoma 14.2 introduces the advanced AutoFill feature for PDF files, as announced by Apple earlier this year. It automatically identifies common fields like names and addresses, allowing for seamless autofill similar to a website.
