Apple today unveiled macOS Ventura 13.4, the fourth major update for the macOS Ventura operating system released last October.
macOS Ventura 13.4 emerges about 6 weeks after Apple rolled out macOS Ventura 13.3, an update that introduced new emoji.

Users can now download the free macOS Ventura 13.4 update on all eligible Macs via the Software Update section in System Preferences.
The latest version of macOS brings several important security bug fixes, with Apple addressing issues related to automatic unlocking with Apple Watch, Bluetooth keyboards, usage time, and VoiceOver. The update also adds Sports as a source in the sidebar of the Apple News app and introduces a simplified first-time beta setup method introduced in iOS 16.4.
After installing macOS Ventura 13.4, developers and public beta testers who have enrolled in Apple's corresponding programs can receive beta updates from System Preferences on their Mac without needing to install configurations. They just need to use an Apple ID linked to their public beta or developer account to receive the beta releases.
macOS Ventura 13.4 includes the following improvements and bug fixes:
The Sports Data source in the sidebar of Apple News allows easy access to score information, standings, and more for the teams and leagues you follow.
My Sports schedules and scores in Apple News take you directly to game pages, where you can find additional details about specific games.
Fixes an issue preventing the use of automatic Mac unlock with Apple Watch.
Resolves Bluetooth issues where the keyboard connects slowly to the Mac after a restart.
Fixes VoiceOver issue with navigation to landmarks on web pages.
Fixes an issue where Screen Time settings may reset or not synchronize across all devices.
Some features may not be available in all regions or on all Apple devices. For detailed information about the security content of this update, please visit: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201222.
