Both iOS 11.1 beta 15B92 and watchOS 4.1 beta 15R846 have been found to contain numerous bugs. Some features from previous beta versions will be reintroduced in the fourth beta release for iOS 11.1 and watchOS 4.1.
The fourth beta for iOS 11.1 includes the 3D Touch multitasking app switcher. Although this feature was added in the second beta, it disappeared in the third beta. No new features are noted in the latest watchOS beta, apart from the addition of the LTE handoff feature integrated into the previous beta version.
Overall, some other notable changes in iOS 11.1 include the introduction of new emoji icons.
If you're a developer, you can upgrade to the fourth beta for iOS 11.1 by accessing Settings => General => Software Update.
