This signifies the inaugural release of watchOS 7 Public Beta since Apple introduced it at the WWDC event in June. Apple Watch users can now update if they wish to experience the watchOS 7 beta.

- Visit the beta.apple.com page
- Log in with your Apple ID
- Select the watchOS option
- Scroll down and choose Enroll your Apple Watch
- Download the beta profile as usual
- On your iPhone, go to the Watch app - select General - scroll down and choose the recently downloaded Profile, then press Install
- Afterward, update watchOS 7 Public beta as usual
- Remember to place your Apple Watch on the charging dock during the update process.

- Recognize handwashing and count 20 seconds to ensure proper washing, reminding you to wash hands regularly
- The Activity app has transformed into Fitness, with new disciplines like dancing (Dance)
- Share watch faces
- New watch face: Chronograph Pro
- Siri translates languages through the Translate app
- Apple Maps provides cycling directions
