You can assess your Chinese typing speed with the following steps:

Step 2: Once successfully accessed, the interface will look like the image below:
Step 3: Review the annotations we've numbered in the image below -> then follow the explanations below to conduct the Chinese typing speed test on your computer.
Number 1 - Click here to select the Chinese mode to begin.
Number 2 - This section allows you to choose a typing exercise. The first exercise will be the easiest, and subsequent exercises will increase in difficulty. If you're just starting to practice typing in Chinese, choose the first exercise as shown in the image above.
Step 4: After clicking Start Typing -> the Chinese typing interface will appear as shown below. Here, follow the software instructions to type in Chinese. The countdown timer will begin when you start typing on the software.
On the right side of the interface, you'll see the countdown timer as well as information on:
- Your typing speed.
- Accuracy rate.
- Number of errors you made.
- Total words you typed.
If you wish to pause, switch between dark or light mode, or exit, follow the instructions in the image below:
- Number 1 - Use this if you want to continue or pause.
- Number 2 - Switch between dark or light mode.
- Number 3 - Click here to exit the Chinese typing speed test.
After the time expires, the application will display a notification that you have completed the test.
