In the initial light tests with Geekbench 6 and PCMark 10, the OPPO A79 5G displayed impressive scores. Compared to other devices in the same segment that I've used, this phone holds its ground competitively.

In addition to the three light tests, I also utilized 3DMark Wild Life benchmark to assess the graphics processing capabilities of the OPPO A79 5G. Finally, we have the most demanding test - the 3DMark Wild Life Stress Test. During the gameplay of Arena of Valor, I didn't encounter any lagging issues, as reflected by the average FPS of 59.9 measured by the Perfdog application. Throughout the gameplay, all my movements, skill casting, etc., were responded to very quickly by the OPPO A79 5G.

• League of Legends: Wild Rift

Moving on to the next MOBA game, League of Legends: Wild Rift. In this game, I selected the Options section in the graphics settings to push both FPS and graphics to the highest level allowed by this device.

In this game, the OPPO A79 5G still delivers a smooth gaming experience with high stability despite occasional minor stutters. This is demonstrated by the FPS measured at 88.8. Nevertheless, all my actions were responsive with high speed.

• PUBG Mobile

Moving on to the next game, PUBG Mobile. In this game, I set the graphics to Smooth and the frame rate to Extreme to achieve a balanced experience between display quality and gameplay speed.

With this game, the OPPO A79 5G still delivers a smooth, stable (39.9) gaming experience with very few FPS drops. Additionally, the device's temperature remains only slightly warm, allowing for extended gameplay sessions.

• Call Of Duty Mobile

Moving on to the final game focused on high-paced action - Call Of Duty Mobile. In this game, I set the graphics to Medium and the frame rate to High.

The OPPO A79 5G has impressed me by delivering a stable frame rate of 39.9 FPS for Call Of Duty Mobile, with the in-game visuals still looking stunning. All my interactions such as movement, weapon switching, aiming, etc., were responsive with low latency.

• Screen brightness at 100%, refresh rate at 90 Hz.
• External speaker enabled with volume set to 50%.

• Starting from 100% battery until it reaches 0%.

Below are the results obtained from the test:

• League of Legends: Wild Rift: 4 hours 31 minutes.
• Call Of Duty Mobile: 4 hours 55 minutes.
• PUBG Mobile: 4 hours 57 minutes.
• Arena of Valor: 5 hours 14 minutes.

You can see that all the games provide playtime of over 4 hours and 30 minutes. Among them, Arena of Valor stands out with an impressive duration of 5 hours and 14 minutes. This demonstrates the OPPO A79 5G's excellent power-saving capabilities. Moreover, I believe that if we slightly reduce the game graphics quality, we could extend the gaming duration even further!
