Asus Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip
The new Asus Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip targets users seeking a cloud-ready machine for both work and gaming. It boasts MIL-STD 810H certification, comes in a unique Pearl White color with orange-accented WASD keys and RGB backlighting.
Equipped with a 14-inch IPS LCD display featuring a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels (WUXGA) and a 16:10 aspect ratio, the Chromebook Vibe CX34 Flip supports touch input with a maximum brightness of 400 nits and compatibility with USI stylus. It is powered by the 13th generation Intel Core i7 U processor paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a 512GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 SSD.
The device offers various connectivity options, such as WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 1 x HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also comes with a Kensington lock slot, MicroSD card slot, dual stereo speakers by Harman Kardon, dual microphones, 720p webcam, and Titan C security chip.
This computer weighs 1.8kg and draws power from a 63Wh battery, with support for 45W fast charging.
Asus Chromebox 5
Asus Chromebox 5 is the successor to Chromebox 4, announced in late 2020. The latest mini ChromeOS computer from the company debuts with upgraded internals and an exciting feature.
Specifically, Chromebox 5 is equipped with 12th generation Intel Core i7 processor, LPDDR4x RAM, and PCIe Gen 4 × 4 SSD. The device comes with various connectivity options like WiFi 6E, 2.5Gbps Ethernet, 4 USB Type-A ports, 1 Thunderbolt 4 port (USB Type-C), 2 HDMI ports, and DisplayPort. It also has a MicroSD card slot and can support up to four 4K displays.
In addition to the aforementioned specifications, the product now features a 15W wireless charging pad on top. Therefore, users can conveniently charge it and other accessories by simply placing them on the Chromebox 5. Chromebox 5 will be available in this quarter and will have a starting price of $399 (around 9.37 million Vietnamese Dong).
