ASUS Unveils Design and Snapshots of ROG Phone 8

Just a few weeks left until the Consumer Electronics Show 2024 (CES) in Las Vegas. ASUS has announced an event for ROG a day before the CES event takes place. The company might introduce a laptop as well as the next-generation gaming phone, ROG Phone 8, at the event.

ASUS organized a hidden poll for ROG Phone 8. On the company's website, the design was revealed along with some snapshots.

The initial teaser images of ROG Phone 8 have given us a glimpse of the upcoming product and confirmed that the camera module will be redesigned. ASUS conducted a hidden camera poll on its official website, where users selected the best photos in different environments. Upon completion, the website will display images of ROG Phone 8, providing a closer look at the back design of the upcoming product.

ASUS ROG Phone 8 will feature a square frame compared to its predecessor's slim profile. The back has a two-tone design, with a lighter and a darker shade of the same color (Gray and Black). The product will have a prominent square camera module on the top left corner, containing a large sensor, two smaller lenses, and an LED flash. The bottom of the device features the RGB logo of ROG.

ASUS ROG Phone 8 features sleek edges, and you can also spot a USB-C port on the left side of the device. Additionally, the queries include images related to telephoto (x3) and telephoto (x10). This might indicate that the ROG Phone 8 series could come with a telephoto camera.
