Previously, users of Google Opinion Rewards had no way to modify or delete their accounts after login issues. This was especially challenging for users moving to new locations, as the location significantly impacts the types of surveys they receive.
According to Android Police, users finally have the capability to delete and recreate their Google Opinion Rewards accounts. However, there is currently no method to edit the existing account, so the viable workaround is to delete and create a new one.
The latest update of Google Opinion Rewards, enabling users to delete their existing accounts, is now accessible on Google Play Store, or users can opt for the APK download.

To delete your account, open the Google Opinion Rewards app, then tap the wrench icon in the top left corner. Select Settings, then find and tap the red option named Delete Opinion Rewards Account.
For re-registering your account, simply open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up again.
An important note is that during the initial Google account registration for Opinion Rewards, users will receive more survey questions. The frequency of survey questions will gradually decrease, and there might be no questions at all. Choosing to delete this new account also helps to address this situation.

However, adjusting specific settings for security reasons may result in not receiving any survey questions. Google Opinion Rewards uses GPS location to inquire about the places you've been. Suppose you turn off location on your iPhone; in that case, you won't receive these survey questions. So, if you've deleted and created a new Google Opinion Rewards account and still don't get any survey questions, you may need to reconfigure your device settings.
