Step 3: Now, look up and select the Insert > Smart Art tab, opening the diagram tool for you. Once the window appears, select Hierarchy to access the interface with sample diagrams, choose one and press OK.

Step 4: At the first cursor position, press CTRL + V to paste the position titles. Adjust the size and color of each position, and remove any unnecessary cells.
