Avast has recently released a browser extension for Edge called Avast SafePrice, allowing Edge users to find the best prices, discounts, and make transactions to purchase products online.
Additionally, this extension is also available for other browsers like Google Chrome. Avast SafePrice operates quite simply, automatically checking for better deals when users shop online.
Avast launches browser extension for Microsoft Edge
According to the release note on Microsoft Store: 'Avast SafePrice will automatically check trusted shopping websites and provide you with a comprehensive list of the best online deals, as well as free discount coupons. All you need to do is click on the deal you want, and the extension will redirect you to the page so you can complete your transaction.'

Microsoft Edge browser
Avast is among the top antivirus software manufacturers today, with its free security software installed on millions of systems worldwide, including Windows 10.
While Edge is gradually becoming the leading browser for Windows 10 ISO users, the usage of Edge remains lower than that of third-party browsers.
According to data from a third-party source, NetMarketShare, Chrome currently holds the top position among browsers on Windows 10, capturing 62.85% of the market share. Following Chrome is Internet Explorer, which is no longer supported for feature updates, with a market share of 11.82%. Mozilla Firefox ranks third with 9.92%, while Edge holds the fourth position with a market share of 4.26%.
The Edge browser is also available on non-Windows phone mobile platforms, including Android and iOS. However, statistics on Edge usage on mobile platforms are not yet available.
After the recent introduction of the new Gmail interface, Google assures that the new Gmail will be available to all users by July, featuring significant changes in layout and design to create a more user-friendly environment.
