Being a familiar dish with a seemingly simple way of eating, but in reality, 9 out of 10 pizza eaters get it wrong, significantly reducing the deliciousness of the pizza.
I'm Thu Huong, 24 years old, a customer service staff in the Giang Vo - De La Thanh area. I might not be a culinary expert, but I'm a true pizza enthusiast. This dish seems simple, but out of my group of 10 friends, 9 criticize it for various reasons: soggy crust, tough base, skimpy toppings, cold and tasteless... but in my opinion, the main reason is that they're simply eating pizza the wrong way.
Spotting mistakes in eating pizza at restaurants
Because I live near Giang Vo, I often visit Pepperonis for lunch or order pizza from here to the office. Giang Vo can be called the pizza street and fast food avenue because there are no less than 10 European or fast food restaurants along the main road, but the pizza that I find most satisfying and frequently order is still at Pep.

I've eaten pizza in many places, but the address I find most satisfying and frequently order from is Pepperonis
1. Pizza Eating Time
My favorite dish is seafood pizza, usually when I order, the staff always brings out a hot pizza for you, if not careful, it can burn your hand like at Pepperonis. But this is the best time to eat pizza. If you like taking selfies, go ahead, but don't pose too much, if even after 10 minutes you haven't eaten yet, don't ask why your pizza isn't as good.

The best pizza is when it's eaten while the crust is still hot and freshly brought out
The best time to eat pizza is when it's hot because then the crust is crispy, the cheese is melted, soft, and very fragrant. Of course, not to the point of burning, but in the cool air-conditioned environment of the restaurant, the pizza will cool down quite quickly, so don't wait too long because when it cools down, the crust will become hard and less delicious.
2. Do you need a knife and fork when eating Pizza
If you're dining with your partner, you might need to pay attention and eat carefully, a bit gracefully, but if you're on a date, I always advise against ordering pizza because clearly, pizza is not a dish for knives and forks.

Pizza isn't a dish for knives and forks, it's best enjoyed by hand
The correct way to eat pizza is to use your hand to hold the slice like this and this holding method is even proven by a mathematical law. It's the law discovered by Carl Friedrich Gauss - the 19th-century German mathematician called 'Theorema Egregium'.

Standard way to hold the slice
According to this law, holding the pizza slice in the standard way will prevent the crust from sagging, prevent the toppings from falling out, and it will look extremely appetizing.

There's even a mathematical law about how to hold a pizza slice
If you happen to schedule a date at Pepperonis, then choose other equally enticing dishes that are more suitable for dates here such as pasta, steak, or even buffet.
3. What to drink with Pizza
The drink that many people often order when eating pizza is probably Coke or carbonated drinks. I used to be addicted to Coke when eating pizza because it's just perfect. The cool, refreshing taste and fizziness of Coke after eating a hot, crispy slice are truly delightful. But you'll quickly feel full and less craving for more after eating subsequent slices of pizza.

The best beverage to accompany pizza is beer
I've also tried smoothies but they didn't go well because the sweet or slightly sour taste of the fruits diminishes the deliciousness of the pizza afterwards. In my opinion, the best beverage to have with pizza is cold water (chilled mineral water) or beer. Your taste buds won't be altered much but will be refreshed to feel like you're eating for the first time again, without feeling too full or entirely not feeling full.

Pepperonis offers quite a variety of different beverages for you to choose from so choose carefully
How to reheat Pizza at home
Sometimes I order pizza to eat at home. Usually, if I order pizza from Pepperonis, I can eat it right away, but in case the pizza is leftover, for example, if you bought it in the morning and haven't eaten it by lunchtime, you can reheat the pizza at home.
Method 1: If you have a microwave at home and are feeling a bit lazy, you can just pop it in for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Method 2: A bit more effort, but it ensures that the pizza is crispy and delicious, just like freshly out of the restaurant kitchen. Get a large pan, don't grease it, heat the pan, then put the pizza in over medium heat for about 1 minute, then turn off the stove, and let it sit for another 30 seconds. After that, take it out and enjoy as usual.

At this moment, the melted cheese oozes out, while the crust remains crispy. Though not as fresh as straight out of the oven, it still retains much of its deliciousness. However, the ultimate enjoyment is still dining at the restaurant when the pizza is just out of the oven. Wishing you all a mouthwatering pizza experience! By the way, I just returned from Pepperonis, where they have up to 40% off on large pizzas, perfect for a satisfying meal!
