Step 1: Go to My Computer (This PC), access the folder with the path:
- C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks_nxt
Step 2: Copy the Engine folder and bluestacks.conf file to another location on your computer (as illustrated below)
Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall BlueStacks with the same version from here.

- You should install BlueStacks in the same drive as the previous version.
Step 4: After installing BlueStacks, copy the Engine folder and bluestacks.conf file saved in Step 2.
Step 5: Access the path C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks_nxt on your computer.
Step 6: Paste the files into the folder here, select Replace the files in the destination in the Replace or skip files dialog box.
Step 7: Open the BlueStacks Android emulator on your computer, and you will see all your files intact, without deletion or loss.
