Today, we guide you on backing up essential data using various methods tailored to different devices. For Android, synchronize all contacts with your Google account for automatic backup. You can also export contacts to SIM or memory card through the Contacts menu. Similarly, sync your calendar data by logging into your Google account.

Backing up call logs can also be achieved through a third-party app. I prefer using Call Logs Backup & Restore for Android due to its simplicity, user-friendliness, and being free. 5. App Data Backup
App data includes what apps generate during usage, such as configurations and saved games. The amount of data varies depending on each software.
