BACKUP IPHONE DATA VIA ITUNES
Step 1: Launch iTunes and connect your iPhone/ iPad device to your computer. In the iTunes user interface, click on the device icon in the arrow direction as shown below.
Note: Unlock the password before connecting and select Trust if you are connecting the device for the first time on this computer.
Step 2: Next, navigate to the Backups section > select This computer and click Back Up Now to start backing up iPhone data via iTunes
The data Back Up process will depend on your data, whether it proceeds quickly or slowly. You should check how much memory you have used to compare with the storage drive on the computer. If it exceeds, you should clean up storage space on the computer before proceeding.
