Step 1: Access Zalo. The app will introduce the backup and message search feature. Note: Ensure Zalo is updated to the latest version.
Step 2: Go to Settings ---> Messages and Notifications. Then select Backup and Restore.
Step 3: Click on Backup to save your messages on Zalo.
