Bamboo Airways Announces Updates to Ticket Conditions After System Conversion

Effective from: Applicable for tickets issued/exchanged on/after September 26, 2023, and for journeys commencing on/after September 26, 2023.

After completing the system conversion and passenger service system (PSS) upgrade, Bamboo Airways has adjusted ticket conditions (refund and name change) as follows:

1. Refund:

Domestic Itinerary:

Economy Saver Class: Passengers who issue tickets after September 26 are allowed to refund with a fee within the period of up to 3 hours before departure.

Other fare classes: Still follow the old conditions with changes in fee rates.

International Itinerary Departing from Vietnam: Still follows the old conditions with changes in fee rates.

2. Name Change: Passengers who issue tickets after September 26 are not allowed to change names for all fare classes and all flight routes.

3. Ticket Change: Still follows the old conditions with changes in fee rates.

Note: Tickets booked and paid for before the conversion period will still follow the original ticket conditions.

Discontinued Product: Discontinuation of pre-paid baggage for flights departing from Narita, Tokyo to Hanoi (including one-way and round-trip journeys).

Applicable Period:

New Year: 23/12/2023 – 31/12/2023.
Lunar New Year: 19/01/2024 – 09/02/2024.

Note:

For flights from Hanoi to Narita, pre-paid baggage is still available for purchase as usual.
Other supplementary products are still available for purchase on this route.
