Bamboo Airways offers recommendations to passengers regarding the SGN - HAN - TPE connecting flight service to ensure smooth short-haul connections (over 2 hours at HAN). Passengers must check and ensure valid travel documents for entry into Taiwan.
Note: Passengers will undergo document checks at Noi Bai Airport (HAN). In case of invalid documents and refusal to proceed with procedures, passengers will bear the incurred costs and additional expenses for transportation from Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) to Hanoi (HAN) and vice versa (if applicable).
