My face bears the scars of battles fought with stubborn acne, leaving behind a tapestry of blemishes and redness.
This period marked the zenith of my skin's rebellion, a constant reminder with every glance in the mirror or gentle touch.
This is but a mere fraction of my visage. :(
So, how did I tackle the acne menace?
Issue 1: Proper Facial Cleansing
When addressing this concern, it's important to understand that thoroughly cleansing your face doesn't mean using copious amounts of facial cleanser. Doing so can strip away natural oils, leading to increased oil production and more breakouts. Persistent oily skin can be a nightmare for acne sufferers.
I used to be unaware of this and would buy facial cleansers with strong cleansing properties, exacerbating the condition of my already delicate skin. After much research, I finally found a facial cleanser that suited my needs.

It's best to wash your face only twice a day, in the morning and evening. And remember to apply sunscreen when going out.
Issue 2: How to treat hidden acne?
Living with the horde, one learns how to prevent the flood, my friends. After enduring much pain, I've learned some lessons for myself.
I apply a mask of mashed green bananas + yogurt. Blend 1 ripe green banana + 1 tablespoon of unsweetened yogurt. Remember not to wash the banana too thoroughly, the banana sap is the magic potion for treating acne.
After about a month, my skin completely cleared of blemishes. Now I feel confident going out.
