- Fresh cilantro: 100g

- Cucumber: 1 piece
- Fresh lime: 1 piece
- Seasoning: cooking oil, garlic, bouillon powder, MSG, ground pepper, sugar, fish sauce.

This dish primarily requires pork loin, so you need to know some tips for choosing the right one to ensure the deliciousness. Choose pork loin with bright pink color, firm texture, and good elasticity. You can test it by pressing your finger into the meat surface, and if it bounces back without leaving a dent, it meets the standard. If the cut surface of the meat is slightly wet, less firm, and has an unpleasant smell, it means the meat is spoiled and not suitable for cooking.
How to make crispy fried pork loin:
Step 1: Wash the pork loin thoroughly, leave it in its original shape, and slice it thinly, about 0.5cm thick. Next, place the meat on a cutting board and use a specialized hammer or the back of a knife to lightly pound it to make it softer when enjoyed.
Step 2: Marinate the meat with pepper, bouillon powder, and MSG for about 20 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the seasoning evenly.
