Back when Facebook was buzzing with likes, I used to engage in heated debates with younger folks about 'right' and 'wrong' in their viewpoints. But then I realized it was all meaningless, especially with college kids who've read a few books; their arrogance, ignorance, and online bravado always left me jumping from one surprise to another in each argument.
If I were to print out my blocked list on Facebook in size 14 single-spaced font, it could stretch from West Lake to the beginning of Nguyen Trai street in the kingdom of Ha Dong, mostly filled with teens.
When we were young, we admired Sun Wukong because he fought and defeated the gods, simply winning wherever he went without bowing down to anyone. But as we grow older, we see that Tripitaka is the true role model for generations to come. Of course, being assertive and making distinctions is great; it fosters independent and creative thinking. However, the line between assertiveness and conservatism is fragile, and most kids who haven't faced real challenges can't grasp it. That's why in social relationships, work, colleagues, or even loved ones, many always choose the path that leads to what they believe is the ultimate truth, unfortunately, not everyone can stay calm enough to guard their speech and actions, resulting in lasting wounds that can never be fully healed.

Only then did Tam Tang teach: 'Being right isn't just about telling the truth but also about saying it at the right time, to the right person; that's what being right truly means.'
Words reveal one's education, experience, and wisdom through appropriate behavior. Whereas the foolish, even if they hold the answers in their hands, will always remain foolish.
A small piece of advice for young women when choosing a boyfriend, a husband, or a business partner, especially those from Quang Ngai or Quang Nam: if they introduce themselves with the phrase 'I'm very straightforward, what I say is what I mean,' it's best to stay away; sooner or later, you'll invite trouble into your life.
