Instructions for Using Beurer BM47 Blood Pressure Monitor
* Wrap the cuff around the left arm (for individuals with arm circumference approximately 22 to 35 cm), positioned 2 to 3 cm above the elbow, over the brachial artery.
* Avoid wrapping too tightly; adjust the Velcro straps in the middle of the arm. * Connect the plug to the monitor, then adjust your sitting or lying position so that the cuff remains level with your heart.
* Sit comfortably, do not cross your legs, talk during the measurement process to ensure the most accurate results. * When the numbers on the monitor start to appear, it will illuminate clearly on the screen, the cuff will automatically inflate to 190 mmHg, and the results will be stored for your review.
