The keyboard on BlackBerry Priv is designed to support users in swiftly and conveniently copying and pasting text using shortcut combinations.
Here's a quick guide on how to copy and paste text blazingly fast on BlackBerry Priv.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Language & Input > BlackBerry Keyboard Settings > Advanced.
Enable the feature 'Ctrl key on the touch screen keyboard' if you prefer configuring it on the virtual keyboard and 'Ctrl key on the physical keyboard' if you prefer configuring it on the hardware keyboard.
Step 2:
On the virtual keyboard:
To copy text, highlight the text you want and long-press ?123 + C.
To paste text, tap on the desired field and long-press ?123 + V.
On the physical keyboard:
To copy text, select the text you want and long-press the Shift key (left/right as per your settings) + C.
To paste text, tap on the desired field and long-press the Shift key (left/right as per your settings) + V.
