Firewall - Blocking App Internet Access on Windows 7
Step 1: From the Start Menu, type Firewall in the search box, then click Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.
Step 2: Here, right-click on

Step 5: Click Block the connection, then select Next to proceed.
Step 6: Select Next to continue.
Step 7: Here, you enter the name of the Rule and any descriptions below. Click Finish to complete.
Step 8: After creating the Rule, you'll see it appear as shown in the image. To edit the Rule, right-click on it and make adjustments as needed.
And check the results with the Firefox browser.
