To share photos on Instagram, users first need to sign up for Instagram on their phones. Step 1: On your phone, access Instagram. Then, select the username of the person bothering you on Instagram.
Step 2: On their Profile, pay attention to the three-dot (...) menu in the top right corner. Tap on it.
Step 3: To block a user on Instagram, select Block User. Then press Yes, I'm sure to confirm blocking them.
