Bluetooth SIG Unveils Technical Specifications for Nokia G42 5G and G310 5G

Nokia is currently in the process of researching and developing its new budget-friendly phone duo, known as G42 5G and G310 5G.

The Bluetooth SIG database confirms that models with codes TA-1573 and TA-1591/TA-1581 will be introduced to the market as Nokia G310 5G and Nokia G42 5G. In addition to revealing Bluetooth 5.1 support, the database also discloses the technical specifications of this duo.

As per the database, Nokia G42 5G and G310 5G will feature a 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 560 nits. The front design incorporates a notch. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

This pair is equipped with the Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G processor. Upon release, the phones will come pre-installed with the Android 13 operating system.

On Geekbench, Nokia G42 5G boasts 4GB of RAM. Reports suggest there will be an additional variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Currently, there is no information available regarding the camera setup or battery capacity of this duo.
