Step 1: After downloading the corresponding version of VATO for your phone, open the app. To book with Phuong Trang's VATO, you need to enter your phone number and then a verification code will be sent to your phone for activation.
Step 2: Enter your full name, it must be in Vietnamese with accents, and agree to VATO's terms.
Step 3: To book with Phuong Trang's VATO, we need to allow VATO access to your location. Once agreed, the interface will appear, and you can now book with Phuong Trang's VATO.
Step 4: VATO offers various services such as VATO Bike, VATO Car, VATO Bike+, VATO Car+, or 7-seater. Each service has affordable pricing compared to other services at the moment.
Step 5: When you press select service, the app will display various vehicle types near your location. If you want to book with Phuong Trang's VATO, press Confirm VATO Car booking, then confirm again to proceed with the call.
A new feature on VATO is the express ride option, where the fare is not displayed upfront but is determined based on the rates set by the taxi company and varies depending on the length of the route.
