The Branch Appointment Booking feature integrated into the F@st Mobile app helps Techcombank customers using F@st Mobile easily schedule appointments before visiting Techcombank branches/offices without the need to take a number and endure long waits as before. Even if you arrive at the bank after many others, when you schedule an appointment, you will be given priority for transactions.

To utilize the F@st Mobile app for scheduling appointments, you'll need to register for Techcombank's Internet Banking and download the F@st Mobile app to your phone.

How to Schedule Appointments Using F@st Mobile
- Step 1: On your phone, open the F@st Mobile app and log in by entering your phone number and password, then click 'Log in' (Figure 1). Look at the upper left corner, click on the 3 horizontal lines icon (Figure 2).
- Step 2: Find and select 'Schedule Appointment' (Figure 3). Then continue to click on 'Schedule Appointment' (Figure 4).
- Step 3: The app will display various services:
+ Deposit/Withdrawal, Money Transfer, Statement, Check.
+ Payment, Foreign Exchange, Western Union.
+ Accounts, Online Banking, Debit Card.
+ Financial Product Consultation (Savings, Credit Card, Loan Insurance ...)
Depending on your transaction needs, choose the appropriate service. Mytour selects the 'Deposit/Withdrawal, Money Transfer, Statement, Check' service, and you can do the same for other services (Figure 5). Details of the service will appear, you fill in information such as transaction type, amount, account number, then click 'Continue' (Figure 6).
- Step 4: F@st Mobile switches to the branch tab with information such as 'Province/City', 'District', and 'Branch', you click on each box to select the address where you want to conduct the transaction (Figure 7). Once selected, click 'Continue' (Figure 8).
- Step 5: You choose the transaction date and time then click 'Continue' (Figure 9). At this point, F@st Mobile will display a confirmation tab, you check if the information is correct, if correct, select 'Confirm' to schedule the appointment (Figure 10).
Note: F@st Mobile allows you to schedule appointments up to a maximum of 2 days in advance. Therefore, if you have transaction needs, you should schedule at least 2 hours in advance and not more than 2 days.
After clicking 'Confirm', when successfully scheduling an appointment, F@st Mobile will notify as shown in the image below:
Canceling an Appointment at Techcombank Branch via F@st Mobile
If you're busy and don't want to transact at the bank but accidentally scheduled an appointment at a Techcombank branch through the F@st Mobile app, you can still cancel as follows:
- Step 1: In the 'Appointment Management' tab, click on the appointment you want to cancel (Figure 11). Look at the bottom right corner, click on 'Cancel Appointment' (Figure 12).
- Step 2: F@st Mobile will display a 'Warning' notification, you click on 'Confirm' to cancel the appointment (Figure 13). Then continue to click on 'Close' (Figure 14) to complete the cancellation of the appointment.
Check-in at the designated transaction point upon appointment booking
After you schedule an appointment and actively go to the Techcombank branch at the scheduled time, you need to take a few more steps to be prioritized for transactions in one of the following ways:
* Check-in via F@st Mobile
- Step 1: After opening and logging into the F@st Mobile app, go to 'Appointment Management' and then click on 'Ready for Check-in'.
- Step 2: At this point, the F@st Mobile app will display ticket number, service counter, and transaction count that you need to wait for transaction. If it shows 1 transaction count, you just need to wait for one more transaction before it's your turn.
* Check-in via Kiosk
- Step 2: You enter the appointment code or scan the QR code provided by F@st Mobile when you successfully booked the appointment.
Afterward, the Kiosk will notify you of successful check-in.
When you need to visit Techcombank's service counter to perform a transaction, it's advisable to schedule an appointment at a Techcombank branch via the F@st Mobile app following the instructions above to save time and facilitate quick transactions.
