Here are the steps to book hotel rooms using your Vietcombank card directly on your phone:
Step 1 : Launch the Vietcombank app on your phone and proceed to log in.

Step 2 : In this app interface, you'll select the Utilities section and tap the Hotel Room Booking feature as shown below.
Step 3 : Now, a confirmation prompt will appear on your phone screen, tap Agree to the app's notification and enable location services on your phone as requested.
Step 4 : Following that, the app system will prompt us to activate Location Services on the phone. Once successfully activated, the app will switch to the Hotel Room Booking interface. Initially, we'll pick the Booking Date.
Step 5 : You'll choose your hotel booking dates based on your usage needs, starting from the check-in date to the check-out date, then confirm your selection .
Step 6 : Next, we'll select the Guests/Rooms section to pick the room you want to use and the number of guests and then proceed to confirm these changes.
Step 7 : And of course, to book a hotel room through the Vietcombank app, you'll need to select the Search Location option and choose the location where you want to book a hotel room in this area.
- In this example, Mytour.vn will select the Hanoi area, we'll choose the Search option . Then, the app will display a list of corresponding hotel rooms in this area. Press any hotel you want to book a room in.
Step 8 : The program will display information about the hotel you've just selected if there are available rooms. To book a hotel room through the Vietcombank app, you'll swipe the screen down , and select the room you want to use by swiping the screen sideways .
- Once you've selected your preferred room, we'll select the Book Room option and confirm the Payment as shown below to complete the hotel room booking process through the Vietcombank app.
Note :
- You will provide your Email address for the system to identify the user booking a hotel room.
- If you're unable to log in to the Vietcombank app, it may be because your account hasn't been registered for Internet Banking with this bank. You can refer to the article on registering for Vietcombank Internet Banking to use this app for hotel room bookings.
