Step 2:
Initiate program startup
Internet Settings: Choose your Internet connection type, such as ADSL, 3G, wireless network, GPRS, Dial-Up, etc.
Advanced Settings: Configure advanced network parameters
Local Area Network: Optimize the internal network
Optimize Mozilla Firefox: Enhance web browsing speed for Firefox

Step 3:
Utilize Internet Cell Boost to enhance Internet speed
Click on Internet Settings, under Please Choose Your Internet / Network Connection Type, select the transmission line and speed you are using.
Then click on Internet Settings again, a window interface will appear where you can clearly see the speed and transmission line you are using. In the Bandwidth Reserved For QoS section, you should adjust it to 0% to improve internet connection speed.
Choose the Mozilla Firefox icon, click Enable Optimized Configuration to have the program set optimal values for parameters to improve Firefox's speed.
In the Internet Explorer section, adjust two parameters: Maximum HTTP 1.0 Server Connections and Maximum HTTP 1.1 Server Connections.
Then click Apply Optimization Settings, and press yes twice. The computer will immediately restart to apply the changes.
Check download/upload speed, click Monitor Network & Internet Connection to adjust upload and download speed. Finally, click Optimize Internet Settings to return to the main interface.
The displayed results in the Download and Upload sections are just relative, as the speed depends on different circumstances.
