1: Disable the function “Enable write caching on the device”
Step 1: Right-click on My Computer, choose Manage
Step 2: After the new window appears, click on Device Manager, look to the right, double-click on Disk Drives. Select your hard drive, right-click, choose Properties
Step 3: Then click on Policies and check the box Enable write caching on device (If it's already checked, you don't need to check it again). After that, restart your computer.
2: Defragment your hard drive
