Currently in Boruto, Konoha is facing a plethora of dangers from formidable antagonists.
Even after Isshiki Otsutsuki was defeated, Konoha is still far from safe as they are confronted with a series of major threats. Presently, they must face a foe no less terrifying than Isshiki himself, and that is Code. It is known that Code is one of the members of the Kara organization, the most dangerous terrorist organization in the world.
Despite often considering himself a failed vessel compared to Kawaki, Code is far from ordinary. This was demonstrated in the latest chapter of the manga when Boruto and Kawaki were overwhelmed by Code, despite Boruto activating his Karma. However, Code is not alone; there are still 5 major threats that Konoha must face in the future.
Delta

Delta is one of the strongest members of the Kara organization. Like other members, Delta's body parts have been modified by scientific technology. In the battle against Naruto, Delta's body was destroyed. However, Amado later saved Delta and gave her a new body. Therefore, Delta is still very much alive. If Amado were to reactivate Delta in the future, she would be an extremely dangerous character capable of posing a significant threat to Konoha.
Daemon

Daemon, a creation of Amado, is known as one of Kara's cyborgs, rumored to surpass even Jigen in power. This is why Jigen ordered Daemon's termination. However, Daemon remains alive, temporarily disabled. With a unique ability to reverse the thoughts of others, Daemon can retaliate against his adversaries using their own strength. With this formidable capability, Daemon poses another significant threat alongside Code.
Eid

Similar to Daemon, Eid is an android created by Amado. Due to her danger, Jigen tasked Boro with eliminating Eid. However, Eid's captivating abilities have won Boro's heart, leading to Boro's hesitation in killing her. Eid possesses unique and formidable abilities, the most dangerous being her ability to see the past and future. With this power, Eid could become a major threat to Naruto, Sasuke, and Boruto. What's even more terrifying is that we still don't know how to defeat Eid.
Kawaki

In the early parts of the series, we witnessed Boruto's battle against Kawaki. This moment occurs in the future, where Konoha has been leveled. We know that both Kawaki and Boruto are vessels of the Otsutsuki, utilizing Karma seals to enhance their power. Kawaki himself is no longer the same as when he first appeared; he has transformed into a better person. In fact, Kawaki is now willing to sacrifice himself to protect Naruto and Konoha. However, with the ensuing developments, Kawaki still poses a significant threat that could plunge the shinobi world into chaos at any moment.
Momoshiki Otsutsuki

From the moment of his emergence, Momoshiki Otsutsuki proved himself to be an immensely powerful figure, possessing godlike strength that few could contend with. However, through the collaboration of Naruto, Sasuke, and Boruto, Momoshiki was defeated. Nevertheless, surprisingly, Momoshiki has not truly perished. Before his demise, he implanted a Karma seal into Boruto's body, enabling himself to be reborn once the transformation process is complete. Currently residing within Boruto's body, he can seize control of Boruto's body and utilize it at will. This poses an immensely grave danger to both Konoha and Boruto.
