Earning the title of Britain's healthiest woman thanks to fried chicken and hamburgers
Maria Krzesinska - a 40-year-old McDonald's employee in Dudley, West Midlands, has been honored as Britain's healthiest woman for eating hamburgers and McFlurrys at work.

Maria Krzesinska, aged 40, from Dudley, West Midlands, seen in her McDonald's uniform, believes that the protein-rich food she eats at work has helped her become one of the healthiest women in England.
The mother of three says, 'There's nothing I love more than lifting cars and towing trucks in my spare time.'
She's gearing up to compete in the US to vie for the title of 'world's healthiest woman'.
She attributes her success to maintaining a protein-rich diet from items like Chicken Selects, Big Tasty burgers, McFlurrys, and milkshake cocktails at her store.
She trained four days a week, dedicating 1-3 hours each session to prepare for the competition. In her performance, standing at 172cm tall, she adeptly handles massive hay bales, lifts 45kg logs, and deadlifts 130kg weights along the moving path.

During the competition, Maria pushed her limits, lifting 140kg weights, carrying logs, hauling sandbags over long distances, arm-wrestling, and deadlifting.
Her heaviest lift was a 1323kg car, securing her victory in the competition.

The heaviest object she ever lifted was a Renault Clio weighing 1.3 tons (1,323 kg), which led her to victory.
Maria Krzesinska developed this interest when she started Powerlifting to rebuild muscle after a knee injury several years ago. Originally planning for boxing, knee issues led her to focus on muscle rebuilding through Powerlifting instead.

She trains four days a week, dedicating 1-3 hours each session to maintain her peak condition for the competition.
She asserts her strength proves invaluable in her job, assisting male colleagues with heavy deliveries and lifting her washing machine at home for repairs.

Her training regimen also significantly aids her in daily tasks involving heavy lifting.
Maria expressed, 'I've come to love the strongman and strongwoman competitions. It's a community like no other, and it's a blast.'

After winning in England, she also qualified for the official Strongest Woman in the World competition by The Strongman Games, set to take place in Daytona, Florida, this November.
Her training regimen doesn't require strict dieting, so she feels comfortable indulging in her love for ice cream and pastries.
I consume plenty of protein, and with ample availability at my workplace, I often enjoy tasty meals with bacon, chicken breasts, McFlurrys, and milkshakes. I typically train at home and in the gym with a coach—who earned the title of the World's Fittest Woman in 2018.

Maria only began training in 2018 and entered her first competition in 2019, currently striving to crowdfund her way to Daytona, Florida, as she's not sponsored.
Currently without sponsorship, she's set up a support fund for people to assist her in fulfilling her dream this coming November.
