The process of buying vehicle insurance on Momo involves three steps: information, confirmation, and payment. Here are the details:
- Step 1: On your phone interface, open the Momo app and click on 'Mandatory motorcycle insurance' (Figure 1). The interface for Mandatory motorcycle insurance will appear. Fill in accurate and complete information such as owner's name, regular address, make of the vehicle, vehicle type, license plate number, chassis number... then click on 'Buy now' (Figure 2).
- Step 2: Next, fill in the information in the fields such as vehicle type, make, model, insurance company ... (Figure 3). After filling in, swipe the screen up to continue filling in 'buyer information' such as name, phone number ..., then click on the 'I confirm the information above ...' box, then click on 'Payment' (Figure 4).
- Step 3: At this point, Momo displays the Payment interface. Look at the information and click 'Confirm' (Figure 5). Then, the transaction result will be shown. Click on 'My Contracts' (Figure 6) to view the contract.
Your insurance contract management will appear as shown below.
