Upon detecting violations of Baemin's policies and codes of conduct, the system will automatically lock your account.
When an account is locked, Baemin will proactively send SMS and email notifications to inform you about the start time of the suspension and the reason for the account lock.
3. Unlocking Your Locked Baemin Account
Upon receiving a notification of account lock from Baemin, carefully read the email to determine whether your account is permanently locked or temporarily suspended for x days.
* Permanent Lock:
When notified of a permanent lock on your Baemin account, review when you initially registered with Baemin. If you registered as a Baemin partner before August 15, 2019, you're eligible for contract termination. Answer: When a Baemin account is permanently locked, it cannot be reactivated or re-registered.
