If you truly want to travel and visit numerous places around the world, the first thing you need to do is believe that you're completely capable. Don't say it's impossible or never, because only with positive thinking can you figure out how to find solutions to turn your travel dreams into reality.
The following share is from Matt Kepnes (a travel blogger who has visited various countries, operating a personal travel website under the name Nomadic Matt) about how to reject complaints: 'I'm too poor to travel.'

There's nothing to worry about if you're born into a wealthy family and your parents have enough money to let you travel. However, even if you're not fortunate in that regard, you can still travel anywhere with an open mind, self-confidence, and above all, instead of always complaining 'I'm too poor to travel!', say 'Yes, I can absolutely travel'.
When it comes to traveling, most people immediately think of money first. These individuals always believe they can never travel because, unlike other wealthy individuals, they are genuinely poor! Not to mention, they also have to bear the burden of debts, and they don't believe they can be lucky enough to travel without a lot of money. Meanwhile, they don't realize that travel doesn't exclude anyone.
The reality shows that millions of people from various social classes, with different backgrounds, of different ages,... have found ways to travel. It's a challenging and unique endeavor that only those who truly love traveling can accomplish.
Of course, there are still some minimum financial requirements to travel comfortably (such as airfare, visa issues, medical concerns, etc.) and not everyone can (or wants to) travel the world without a certain amount of money. However, money is just a necessary condition, and sufficiency depends on your mindset, your strong belief.
If you truly desire to travel, you will find a way. For some, it may take a lot of effort and time, but for others, it's incredibly easy. Just stop complaining 'I'm too poor to travel', and you will find ways to start planning a trip. Otherwise, you'll only see barriers. The only difference between those who get to travel and those who spend their days at home is the difference in mindset between 'I can' and 'I can't'.
Say 'no' to the thought 'I'm too poor to travel'
1. Right now, say 'I am capable of traveling' and start looking for ways to make it happen. Review your daily expenses and plan to save money for a certain period. There are many ways you can save money, such as switching to drinking tap water instead of Starbucks every day, or cooking instead of eating out at restaurants, eateries... Besides, minimize your phone usage or sell unnecessary items in your life... Find ways to supplement your income by becoming a local tour guide or an Uber driver, distributing flyers, finding jobs abroad, and even... becoming a babysitter.

2. Every day, always tell yourself: 'I can do this.'
3. Change your mindset and create habits for yourself in planning for travel. There are plenty of opportunities, and the power of belief in changing habits is immense. If you don't believe you can travel, you'll never set foot in any new land.

4. Always live with your travel dreams.
5. When traveling, leave behind all worries that may hinder your journey.
6. Always know that travel is not just for the wealthy, but for everyone!
