Recently, JerryRigEverything uploaded a durability test video for the Red Magic 8 Pro. The flagship smartphone of the time faces consecutive tests for scratch resistance by objects, sharp knives, fire, and bending.

According to GSMArena, JerryRigEverything's familiar tests include scratch testing with sharp objects to assess hardness, fire testing to evaluate recovery ability, and bending to assess the durability of the phone frame.
In the first test, the YouTube channel member used a screwdriver previously used to test the screen's scratch resistance. Results show the Red Magic 8 Pro easily surpasses level 6 on the Mohs hardness scale, exhibiting severe scratches only at level 7.

Meanwhile, areas not protected by glass such as the frame, power button,... are easily scratched.

In the next challenge, the Red Magic 8 Pro screen can still recover after being burnt for about 20 seconds.

Finally, the bending test, one of the most brutal and challenging tortures for any smartphone. However, the Red Magic 8 Pro easily withstands this torture session even when the tester tries to bend the device with all their might, demonstrating an impressively durable build.
