QUESTION:
I'm using a Zenfone 2, and my specs are more than enough for high graphic games like Crossfire. I can even play Crossfire smoothly on 3G. So why can't I install Pokemon Go? I know Android phones need version 4.4 or above, and my device is running Android 5.0, so why still no luck with Pokemon Go?

Hello hoahongcog...gmail.com, Mytour has received your question, and we're here to provide the following answer:
You must have read about Pokemon Go's support for Android phones from version 4.4 onwards in our article on devices compatible with playing Pokemon Go. In the article devices supporting Pokemon Go, we clearly stated that only Android 4.4 and above can install Pokemon Go.
Even for Windows Phone users, the question of how to install Pokemon Go on Windows Phone remains unanswered. Windows Phone users may have to wait a while for Nintendo to address how to install Pokemon Go on Windows Phone. Android and iOS users may feel luckier to access this game soonest.
Unfortunately, your smartphone belongs to the rare Android line that Pokemon Go doesn't support. Specifically, all ASUS models and those using Intel chips cannot install this game. And your Zenfone 2 meets both of these criteria.
Currently, Pokemon Go only supports Android and iOS. You can purchase a smartphone using these operating systems and download:
Download Pokemon Go for iPhone: Download Pokemon Go for iPhone
Download Pokemon Go for Android: Download Pokemon Go for Android
Wishing you an early start to playing Pokemon Go.
