MCA is a service assisting users in receiving notifications of missed calls when the phone is off, out of coverage, or powered down. While it helps users stay informed during such times, there may be objective reasons to discontinue the MCA service. Refer to the steps below to cancel missed call notifications from Viettel, Vinaphone, Mobifone for each specific network if you no longer wish to use the MCA service.
Cancel Viettel's MCA Notifications:
To cancel Viettel's missed call notification service, simply compose a message: HUY send to 193
Cancel Mobifone's Missed Call Notifications
To cancel missed call notifications on Mobifone, send a message with the syntax: HUY send 9232
Cancel Vinaphone's MCA Missed Call Service
Compose a message with the syntax: HUY send to 333
End Vietnamobile's MCA Missed Call Notifications
To deactivate MCA missed call notifications on Vietnamobile, there are two structures for the basic and advanced packages.

- Cancel advanced service package: Compose a message HUY MCAB send 2626
