Syntax: SEND HUY to 1221.

2. Cancel Viettel ringback tone by calling the hotline
Calling the hotline is also a method to help you cancel the Viettel ringback tone you've set up. The call fee is 300 dong per minute.
- Step 1: Dial 1221.
- Step 2: Press 2.

3. Cancel Viettel ringback tone via My Viettel app
If you have installed the My Viettel app, you can completely use it to cancel the ringback tone. After logging in, in the search bar, type Imuzik then select the service package you want to cancel and swipe left to cancel the service.
4. Cancel Viettel ringback tone via USSD code

Syntax: 09812# then press Call.

5. Cancel Viettel ringback tone 8377
You may not know, 8377 is not Viettel's hotline number so setting a ringback tone via 8377 incurs very high charges ranging from 3,000 VND to 15,000 VND. If you have set it up via 8377, don't worry because deleting Viettel ringback tone 3877 is also very simple:
- Step 1: Send a message TIM SUU TAP to 1221 to get the cancel code for Viettel ringback tone.
- Step 2: To delete the ringback tone, send a message Delete tone-code to 1221. Where, tone-code is the code you checked in step 1.
