Step 1: Log in to your Lazada account on the mobile app, then, in the account section, in the My Orders part, select the Awaiting Shipment category

Step 2: The list of orders being processed will appear, choose the order you want to cancel

Step 3: Click on the Cancel button

Step 4: In this step, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Tick the checkbox next to the product you want to cancel
- Select the reason for canceling the order

Canceling an order on Lazada before packaging is quite simple by calling the hotline:
Step 1: Contact Lazada's hotline at 19001007, the call rate is 1000đ/minute, then press 1 to select the Vietnamese language.
