Customers visit Viettel transaction point to directly process network disconnection or send a written notice to Viettel at least 15 days prior to the desired service termination date.
Whether the device is still in use or not, please return it to Viettel before initiating the network disconnection process.

* Case 2: Customers cancel the service
When the Internet usage contract expires, the network disconnection procedure will proceed normally. However, if there is remaining usage time in the contract but you still want to cancel, you need to:
- Compensate 200,000 VND if you don't borrow Viettel's device, 300,000 VND if you borrow Viettel's device.
- Individuals: Bring ID card/citizen identification card and the contract copy.
- Business organizations: Copy of business license and introduction letter of the organization.
- Customers visit Viettel transaction point to directly process network disconnection or send a written notice to Viettel at least 15 days prior to the desired service termination date.
- Whether the device is still in use or not, please return it to Viettel before initiating the network disconnection process.
