1. Capture In-Game Screenshots
The process of taking screenshots while gaming on Steam is straightforward. First, users open Steam and launch their favorite game. During gameplay, simply press the F12 key. Immediately, a screenshot capture notification will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen as illustrated below.
Users can comfortably capture images, as the Steam system will automatically save these images to the system memory for later selection and editing.
2. Setting Up the Screenshot Capture Feature
